231 MODEL
The attention of T.C.M. srl for the principles of transparency, legality, correctness and respect for the rules, which have always characterized our work, has led the Company to undertake the process of adopting the Organisation, Management and Control Model (Model 231), in implementation of Legislative Decree :Lgs. no. 231 of 2001.
The legislative decree n. 231/2001 - "Regulation of the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations" - introduced into our legal system the administrative liability of entities deriving from crimes committed in the interest or to the advantage of the companies themselves by the directors or employees.
T.C.M. srl, therefore, takes the opportunity offered by this legislation to underline all the high standards of ethical and legal conduct that the Company has always pursued in carrying out its business with a view to full corporate social responsibility.
Always sensitive and attentive to Corporate Social Resonsibility (CSR), T.C.M. srl pursues maximum economic success, while also paying attention to respect for social and environmental principles. In other words, it means making a positive contribution to the development of the company and managing its impact on the economic and institutional environment in which it operates.
In this framework of high professional ethics, T.C.M. srl has therefore decided to equip itself with the MOG 231 in order to make its corporate organization effective and efficient and to put in place any useful safeguard to prevent the commission of crimes which could derive an advantage or interest - even if illegitimate - for the company.

The company's compliance with the ISO 9001 certified quality system is a further guarantee of the high technical-quality, control and process levels, which TCM sets itself as a standard in the research, development and production of products, as well as in the supply and management of the same in order to guarantee the quality of performance and technical content for all professionals and for the end user and the client.
TCM srl, always pursuing a policy of continuous improvement of the environment and quality, has adhered to the implementation of the appropriate certified management systems.
