Founded in 1980, T.C.M. srl. boasts thirty years of experience in the construction and design of molds for shearing and cold forming of sheet metal. Our molds are used to work iron and spring steel, stainless steel and aluminum, brass and copper sheets, with thicknesses starting from 5/100 and reaching 80/10. Right from the start there was also the opportunity to create for our customers in the furniture sector, special equipment suitable for working the "furniture tube", and small automations.
Our presses start from 35ton and reach 300ton for both rod and strip/coil processing.
We offer complementary services such as the insertion of threaded inserts up to M10 and tapping, spot welding, galvanizing and similar as well as tumbling for those details that require the absolute absence of shearing burrs.
Design and make the mould
CAD-CAM
The molds are made both from a drawing and from a sample and the company has a technical office qualified in CAD-CAM design with 2D and 3D systems, such as PACW for wire EDM and Visi for milling machines.
Our fleet includes milling machines with a working range from 1000x500 to 3000x850 up to 5 axes and WEDM (wire spark erosion) 600x400x300.
The heat treatments necessary for the details of your molds can be made and controlled internally up to 400x250x150 mm and for larger details we rely on certified suppliers. If necessary or advisable, we provide to increase the quality and duration of our equipment with PVD coatings, particularly indicated in the case of stainless steels.
