About us
Founded in 1980 T.C.M. Ltd.. has thirty years experience in the design and manufacture of molds for stamping and cold forming of sheet metal. Our molds are used to work in iron and sheet spring steel, stainless steel and aluminum, brass and copper, with thicknesses starting at 5/100 and arrive at 80/10. Right now, there was also an opportunity to achieve for our clients the furniture sector, the special equipment to work the "furniture tube", and small automations.
The molds are made at both a design and is a champion 'company has an office technician in the CAD-CAM systems with 2D and 3D, which PACW for wire EDM and milling machines for faces.
Our fleet includes milling machines with working range from 1000x500 to 1800x950 from 320x250 to 420x350 and WEDM.
The heat treatment needed to details of the Vs molds can be produced and controlled internally up to 400x250x150 mm and for greater details we rely on certified suppliers. If it is necessary or advisable to increase the quality we provide and the duration of our equipment with PVD coatings, particularly useful in the case of stainless steel.
As for the molding industry, our presses start and arrive to 35ton 300ton for machining by both rod from tape / coils.
Offer additional services such as insertion of threaded inserts up to M10 and tapping, spot welding, galvanizing and the like as well as tumbling for details that require absolute absence of burrs of blanking.
